The fields of application of graduates of the Technomathematics course are similar to those of a mathematics course in all branches of industry where analytical thinking, abstraction and idea development are important.
The engineering focus is on mathematical modelling and the solution of technical problems.
Basics (algebra, geometry, functional analysis, differential equations, stochastics, discrete mathematics, numerics, computational dynamics)
Focus direction (electrical engineering or mechanical engineering)
The Institute of Mathematics maintains partnerships with various foreign universities, including in Belgium, Finland, France, Spain and the USA. Study visits abroad are possible within the framework of these cooperations
