The Master’s program consists of two specializations. It is intended to deepen the qualifications acquired in the Bachelor’s program and, in addition, to impart skills which serve not only to apply scientific methods in the field of nanotechnology to complex problems, but also to analyze and further develop them independently. Depending on the choice of the specialization, a distinct exemplary focus is placed on one of the fields of application.
Nano Engineering with the following specializations
- Nano Process Technology
- Nanoelectronics/ Nano Optoelectronics
In the specialization Process Engineering, the theoretical methods and experimental procedures that are important in the manufacture, processing and production in nanotechnology are dealt with.
In the specialization Nano(opto)electronics the theoretical and experimental questions that are important for the application of nanostructures in electronic and optoelectronic systems are dealt with.
