In the Master’s program, students are enabled to work independently according to modern scientific methods. They must be able to recognize and describe difficult and also unimaginable chemical and medical-biological-chemical relationships. During their studies, students also acquire the general qualifications and skills that will enable them to assume responsible management positions in their further research and/or professional careers.
In the research-oriented Master’s branch Chemistry an in-depth education in the main subjects Inorganic Chemistry as well as Organic Chemistry, Physical Chemistry and Technical Chemistry takes place, in addition there are elective studies from the 2nd semester onwards.
In the branch of study Medical-Biological Chemistry there are the main subjects Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry and Physiology (partly in the Medical Faculty), in addition there are elective studies from the 2nd semester onwards.
